problem install rage mp server with database

Hi i have one problem when i try to run the serverfiles all runs good and says the server is ready for a conection.

But when i try to enter in the server login painel i have no acess to database and i see privileges for localhost root@localhost and same error anybody can give me some help i let my disc here D3v#0604
