Low Performance on Low Settings

As the title says, when I play RageMP, I get a significant performance boost when I play on higher settings. If I would change everything to Low, I would get like 20-25 fps, compared to my current settings where I have some of them on High, and also most of them On, and I get 40-45fps. My problem is, I still get fps drops and I'm trying to find a way to boost my current performance/get some more fps. Any ideas?

There are some tutorials on youtube for performance boosts. With some tricks you are able to fully disable shadows and stuff like this.
