Erroneous blocking from EAC

Hi, I am addressing a fairly common problem recently - a ban from anti-cheat. During the game, a window popped up on the server, which notified me about the blocking, while there were no redux, in general, graphic modifications, and even more so I did not have cheats, I did not run anything like that. It has already been exactly 7 days since the ban. I thought it was some kind of mistake, so I decided to wait, thinking that I might be unban. This did not happen. Please sort out my problem, please. I didn't use any third-party programs, I didn't install any graphic modifications. I was banned right during the game, when I was just calmly playing on a role-playing server. I have a poor command of English, so I am guided by a translator when contacting the technical support team. Thank you.

There is no reviewing by RAGEMP team. It is all done by EAC and their team. If you are not unbanned until now, most likely you won't be ever.
