I didn’t have any software (at most some mod from vanilla gta that I forgot to delete, but even gta online didn’t see it). while receiving a permanent ban. I could not find information on the anti-cheat website what to do with

my social id Ayakssss

Is there a date when I can be unbanned? I really never used Cheats and I can prove it in any way possible

It means that we can't do anything as the review process is automatically done by EAC team. You will play again if it's really a false positive and you didn't cheat at all.
