More guys have this problem, how we can fix it

please help us, we can't play.
Crush every 12 min.
1. Have done a backup of game files.
2. Reinstalled the game.
3. Turned off all of the overlays (Steam, Discord)
4. Reverted the NVIDIA GPU driver to version 535.98 (30 May)
5. Installed latest versions of .NET Framework and Visual C++ Redistributable 2015.
6. Set the high priority for the GTAV and RAGEMP
Nothing have helped. I use Steam version of GTA.
