How is module development in C# different from JavaScript?

Hello. I want to try to start and modify my server. But it's not clear to me what to choose for development: C# or JS?

Who can say what advantages each language has in the context of Ragemp? Perhaps in some of these languages there are more examples, or fewer bugs, or better described documentation. I will be glad to any advice.
