i got banned by eac

hello there i got banned by eac on only majestic servers i can play on any other servers i never used any kind of third party software or cheats so can u help me to get unbanned i already talked to administrator and head admin of server and he told me that only rage mp admins can unban you

He lied, we can't unban people as it depends on an automatic process by EAC itself.
