EAC Troubleshooting

Hello everybody,

A while after EAC was added to RAGE:MP, I started facing many launch issues, involving EAC not letting me start the game up after joining a server unless somehow it does not launch prior to server entry which is a 1/100 possibility. I have recently just discovered that EAC is causing me the issue because whenever it does not launch before joining a server, the game runs properly. But when EAC loads in prior to the game launch it keeps starting the game in the background in very low usage in the Task Manager, and keeps me on this Rockstar Games Launcher window:

(Please note that I do not have any cheats installed. Matter of fact, I had to reinstall windows on my PC about two times.)
