Black Screen

Hello i´m i have the problem that everv time i  see a Black Screen

Same here, none of the troubleshoots do fit, it tries to load into the server but the black loading screen with the white loading circle in the right corner doesnt go away....but i dont think anyone is interested in answering here, guess they think the trouble shoot thread is the answer for everybodys problem^^
