The server doesn't allow user game resources

Hello. I started the server and I have no problems with accessing it. But when my friend (he has installed mods) tries to access it, he gets an error:

The server doesn't allow user game resources [client-sided mods] but it has been arleady loaded. Game restart is required.

How can I resolve this?

You have to explicitly allow that modding method because it's off by default.

To do so, put a NON-EMPTY(put anything as content) file in your client_packages/game_resources folder named exactly allow_user_game_resources.txt inside of server folder.

It should look like this: server-files/client_packages/game_resources/allow_user_game_resources.txt
