I cant install a modpack (fps boost)

I keep trying to get a fps boost modpack and every time I put it in the gta 5 folder and enter a server it gives me an error that says: WARING: Game file modifaction found. Reinstallation recommended.

You need to use user_resources modding method. Search discord/forum to find out more about it. Game modifying will be disabled if it already isn't.
