In the past, there have been users for whatever reason, found there were issues with their internet provider blocking connections to the server list. If you possibly try with a VPN or a different IP, it should fix it. Reply back if it does or not.

This fixed it for me:

Click Start->Run, type cmd,  and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release at the prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IP configuration.

Type ipconfig /renew at the prompt window, press Enter, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer.
