could you provide the mod you used to get the .xml files?

EDIT: Also what did you mod using your own dlc? iam trying to change the texture of the rat model but cant figure it out.

From my experience there are many different variations of the dlc.rpf files, and most work, whereas some don't. My best suggestion is to download a mod that is similar to yours, (meaning vehicle mods if modding vehicles, ped mods if modding peds, etc.), and see how they went about it. There are some very specific files that don't change between the variations regarding their naming and locations, whereas others do. I've been told in the past to look at how R* did it in the GTA V DLC folders, however their method doesn't come anywhere close to what I've seen in publicly-available mods, and it contains far more data than is necessary for a regular mod to work.

For reference, singleplayer or SP mods are the ones that work with RAGE MP. FiveM ones do not unless you manually convert them, (as they use a different format and structure entirely), and even then they may not work depending on how they were created.
