Can’t run rage mp

I downloaded the client from the website, and every time I try and open the client it says checking for updates then closes with a error that says, “ the code can not proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. “ I tryed reinstalling and still same thing. Please help

Check if you have installed
VCRedist x64 2015 and .net framework >= 4.5?
