Tax money is a balance for taxes.

For example, clothing shop paying taxes every hour 75$ (price / 10000). If you are owner and you dont have 75$ on your tax balance, it sells for 50% of price

If you have mysql db installrd locally, your DESKTOP-2HI39IN is wrong. You need use 'localhost'
