As the error tell, your database isn't working.

Read and follow all the steps in the installation guide:

In my phpmyadmin i created name rqserver databases.Then import rqserver.sql file to rqserver databaese.But the server info tell me databaese is not working.I revised sMysql.js file setting.

Did you renamed the file: sMysql.js.example to: sMysql.js ?

You have to change the settings for your database too. User, password and database.

It could be a little mistake, but the database name is: rpserver not rqserver .
