Adding a Scroll bar for RageMP Chat

I can't install your nice Scroll bar for ragemp chat because the index.js that calls it was been replaced always, removing all increases i added. So, I: " copy/paste it into your current index.js file" but it was been replaced and don't load the chat.

I really appreciate if you could help, since i can't fix it by myself still yet. Sorry im new with ragemp and really dont understand why its occurring.

Just add the code inside the file: server-files\app\client\index.js

The scrolling is reversed. How can I change this?
Can you adapt the script to the current jQuery version (3.4.1)?
