How to fix this pls

Hello, I've been having this issue since MONTHS ! I changed my motherboard, CPU, and RAM, reinstalled Windows, reinstalled graphics drivers and it is still happening. Did you try disabling CEF acceleration on settings?

It seems to have fixed the issue but I experience freezes ingame now, even though I have a good pc
