"Connection lost. Reconnecting" When trying to connect to the local server

Hello guys, i'm trying to run a server with localhost. And i got a gamemode from github. When i start the server it's starting well and connected to the database. But, when i'm trying to connect to the server. It says "Connection Lost. Reconnecting". I don't understand where's the problem. I've tried to disable the firewall, change the port to 22006. Maybe you guys can help me. Here are the screenshoots.
