Random frame freezes and fps drops

Hi, so I generally run RageMP around 130fps, however, at a random point, my game freezes for like half a second every second to two seconds. Sometimes, my fps gets so bad it drops down to around 20. At worst I've had my game completely frozen for around ten seconds. The weird thing is, is that this started happening around a week ago.

I have an i7-4790K CPU and a GTX 1050Ti. Does anyone know how I can fix these frame drops?

Have you watched over your Memory/CPU/GPU usage over time while you’re playing and seeing if it slowly goes up?

Also does it happen on one server or any?

It's my memory that goes up above 90%. I've used memcleaner but that hasn't happened much. I got 8 gigs btw. I only play on one server so I don't know if it happens on other servers as well, but I recon it would.

You may have to test running on another server. On the rare chance that nobody has picked up on, maybe there’s something running clientside for that server which is causing that issue meaning it’d be up to that server to fix it. If it happens on another server then that’d tell us it isn’t server specific
