Custom vehicle plates

Hello.

Is it possible to make server-side mod that changes the default vehicle plates so I can have a custom plate design on all vehicles?

First thing, what you need:

Thanks but I meant totally custom plate designs. Like the ones used in Europe countries

If a mod replaces the textures over one of those plate types then yeah I don’t see why that won’t work. If the mod creates a brand new plate I’m not sure you’d be able to use it unless it creates a new plate ID for it to use

How can I make a DLC (server-sided mod) that replaces original textures? The plate is in vehshare.ytd file

I'm also trying to use my own custom plate number i made fomration for organization plater number format and for personal plate number format but texture desing custom plate I can't change i did everthing but I can't make it to read I made vehshare.ytd also tried dlc pack but may be something wrong or rockstar doesnt allow it i don't know if it's possible or someone did could be help full any guides or paid service for this
