Add /q as a command

Just as the title says, add /q. It was a command on SAMP that, once written, closed the game for you. imo it's easier to do /q than to click F1 and close the game that way.

 

Besides, I don't think it'd be hard to implement either so it won't hurt to add it.

There was already. It got removed. Meybe it was even serverside
