how to allow client mods on rage mp local server?

hi all,

recently i had installed a modpack for gtav and when i want to enter to my local server, it just doesn t allow me, but when i enter on someone's server it works.

so, i think there is a setting that i have to put somewhere, but i can not find it while searching on web. 

please help me

Create a file allow_user_game_resources.txt inside game_resources inside clientside , and write only inside the .txt write " true " only this word.
