Can't properly install RAGEMP

So, I can mostly install the game and it goes through the whole setup wizard thing. However once im done the installing program closes and doesnt open the game itself. when i click on the shorcut it creates on my desktop it tries downloading 6 files and give me this error

SystemComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): teh system cannot find

the file specified

I have zero knowledge of code so i ave no idea whats happening here. any help with be greatly appreciated

Do you have any antivirus software installed? Try disabling it and then reinstalling everything

Okay yep I did check that before but somehow didnt see it was turned on, got it now thanks!
