Problem trying to build project

Hello guys, i have downloaded Owl Roleplay, and i started it with visual studio, installed all necessary files from nuget, but i got lot of errors while trying to build a solution 

everything that starts with RAGE. has a error saying 

Error	CS0234	The type or namespace name 'Elements' does not exist in the namespace 'RAGE' (are you missing an assembly reference?)	owl_core.client

the code is 

public delegate void RAGE_OnEntityControllerChangeDelegate(RAGE.Elements.Entity entity, RAGE.Elements.Player newController);

i have lake 450 errors like trhis?

 

how can i fix this

You don't need to compile client code.
