A week ago, I encountered an issue where I couldn't play on RAGE MP servers (Connection lost. Reconnecting). I've tried numerous solutions, but nothing helps except using a VPN. I contacted my internet service provider, and they confirmed there are no restrictions from their side. However, now when I decided to reinstall RAGE MP, I cannot access the website to download the launcher without using VPN. Without VPN, I can't even download files from the server I play on.

RAGE won't block your IP, it could be that cloudflare has it blacklisted.

Use a VPN as you said or contact your ISP to change your IP address.
