Authorization Pending problem

Hello, I'm new here on the platform, I created an account in order to help my friend, she has a problem when she enters RageMP, she learns the servers, but when she starts to enter, RageMP just shuts down and a message from Rockstar Games Authorization Pending arrives. Her GTA V works and she doesn't receive any such notification, everything is normal, it's just RageMP prank, you can tell me the solution if you know. Regards.
