Can't return to prerelease version

After installing clean Windows, I try to launch Rage MP and continue working, but after change branch to prerelease_server i get errors.

When i revert configuration to prerelease branch client won't start. If i save prerelease_server branch, any connections to localhost or any servers get errors Error screenshot (Your game version is not supported, upgrade to 1.54 etc. )

Solution

Rename updater.exe.old.tmp to updater.exe and run it.
