The startup problem rage with windows 11

I installed rage on windows 11, and when I tried to enter it after installation and updates, it tells me that it is not compatible with my version of windows 11.
I have tried everything on the internet and nothing works, what can I do?

Have you tried, going to C:/program files/Rockstar Games/Launcher and right click in ALL exes, go to Compatibility and uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for: any Windows version ?
