Im spanish, if someone know my language tell me for talk better. 

When I open the "gta hub" server it has not loaded normally for 1 week. When I log in it takes a long time to load and when it finally loads I keep getting a message on the left that says "Multiplayer Started". Everything is more or less normal until then, but the thing is that when I want to send a message, magically the rage sends the message I want to send twice.
