Problem with epic and rockstar when joining a server on RAGE

When I try to join a server on RageMP I get the error message attached in the photo. I don't get any notification or message on Epic Games and even if I wait however many minutes nothing happens. If I press close or cancel I just get another error message. The accounts are linked so there shouldn't be any error. I also have the same problem as you and I have contacted Rockstar Games support but they have not answered me.

My solution has been to format the computer and with that I no longer get the error
