Vue localhost browser problem

i start npm run serve on visual code and give me localhost
i open in the browser and its open my server design...
but i have Hud/QuestMessage.vue for example
how to open it in browser i cant whit type command in console :
setData('setPage', 'hud/questMessage'); ???

questmessage is notification for mission its trigger when you start conversation whit npc on start game...!!!

how to show it in localhost to redeisgn it or something liek that.......????? please help thx...
