i really need help, i have no idea how to remove this close combat punch.

Hi, you can disable that using 
Controls::disableControlAction - RAGE Multiplayer Wiki

You can also disable the damage now using the newly added event: MeleeActionDamage - RAGE Multiplayer Wiki
