I also tried to keep a server online for a week here, but the server disappears from the master list in less than 48 hours! Do we need to pay the RAGE team to keep the server always on the list?

No you do not need to pay anyone for anything as RAGEMP is completely free to use and to host the server. You might want to do investigation of your server's network packets and figure out why it's loosing connection.

The error above used to happen rarely (once a month), but now it occurs almost every day. What should I do to prevent my server from disconnecting from the master list? If the problem were just the disconnection from the master list, I wouldn’t be too worried, but the issue is that all players on the server lose connection as well.

You need to do some kind of network inspection and see what is going on. It might be worth checking it with your hosting provider too.
