I have a question to ask

I got the server version mismatching error.

I recently came across an insightful article discussing about the errors https://www.qualitybacklink.net/what-are-crawling-errors-and-how-to-fix-them/ which provided some useful general guidelines. I'm interested to hear more specific advice from this community 

Could you please help me to find out the config.xml so I can edit the branch to the lastest version?
