(Help) How to add custom clothes & shoes & bodyarmor & wings

Guys how can add custom clothes to my server like these: Bodyarmor   Pants  Wings  Shoes

And get them in game by using command for admins or maybe set them as inventory items if I make inventory script or setting the Bodyarmor as police item in the police armory

You do that by adding modded clothes. Feel free to research the topic. Most of SP mods will work on RAGEMP unless some GTA update updated the files that mod is targeting, then it needs to be fixed a bit.

i got them ready in my server files as dlc.rpf but I don't know how to call them in game to wear them
