Mods not working

I've got my mods installed inside the user_resources folder, for some reason the hat and the hair mods work just fine while the clothing mods don't work at all.

Based on given information, no one here can help you. How did you pack the dlc? Show some screens of the setup/content xml files, structure of your dlc etc etc...

So this is my user resources folder right? I've got all these mods and all of them work except the GAGE mods which are the clothes. I honestly don't know what's the issue and I was hoping you'd help me.

I got same issues too. Downloading gamemodes is way simpler and convenient for me i guess I'm a noob afterall
