Can't connect to Social Club

This has been plagueing me for a week now. I reinstalled windows twice, I reinstalled Rage and I followed multiple guides explaining different steps to add it to the exceptions in the firewall, remove everything on startup with msconfig, and I've reinstalled GTA too. It always breaks the moment I install a new NVIDIA driver, which is highly frustrating. It worked twice, and once it launched it wont let me access social club again. To see whether it's an issue with my installation, I also validated files on Steam. Single player works just fine, Online legs like crazy but works. 

I've also tried a different client to see if its GTA or Social Club itself, but it worked perfectly fine. No hiccups. 
I have come to the conclusion that it has to be Rage, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled, making sure to remvoe any and all files that have anything to do with Rage *that I could find*. 

Can anyone *please* help me.
