How to set up C# for Ragemp?

hello everyone, i'm new developers who have interest about developing Ragemp server but i have an issues. so, i already follow this tutorial

and, after everything is done perfectly and i can run the tutorial code. but, when i try to add another code which is based on the second tutorial videos, there's some error like this

so, i hope you can help me fix this issues. if you have some documentation may you share it here, please... because when i use ragemp wiki, the same problem happen. and i'm very sorry for my terrible english.

Try this NuGet instead:
