Can not reset my password (email does not exist) or use these email to create another account (email already in use)

Hello,

Sadly i have the Issue, i made an account a few days ago with the same name i use here in the forum but i made the mistake and dont write down my password so i had to reset it (email address of the first account *ta********r@**ail.com). Sadly this wasn't possible. So i created another Account ( on main email address; Username Elrond McBang) in the hope i would be able to log into the first account today to be able to delete it so i can only use the name on the second account(main)

Please could an admin contact me here or via email to solve this issue?!

I really would love to be able to reset the password to be able to delete the first account so i can use my prefered name & email address on the second account with which i already made progress in the game.

When i try to reset the password it says "Wrong email address" and when i try to create an account with the email address once again it says "email address already in use"

Sadly my first try to solve this issue by contacting this forum was only deleted without any response on who else i should contact to solve this issue, so i hope i can find the right help now.
