I am the founder of GTA World Chinese District, and we are looking for developers who can write original, new scripts for us. We are initially recruiting modders who can add DLC PACK to RageMP and developers capable of independently developing scripts.

Although we are in the Chinese region, I am fluent in both English and German, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. All scripts are in English, not Chinese.
