Discord Role Not Working

Hello,

I am unsure what else I can do other than post a topic about this. Unfortunatey I can't seem to be able to receive a role on Discord to be able to join and see the other channels. Troubleshooting tried so far:

- Tried leaving the group, getting re-invited via link on Website

- tried the emoji multiple times

- tried on Web, Windows app and phone

- even tried re-installing Discord

- Also, there is no message from a verification Bot either

Can someone manually add me and the role? My Disc handle is AlexErB#6880 or just alexerb
