RAGE MP blackscreen than crash

I need help, I've tried everything but I'm still having problems with crashes.

I have reinstalled both gta 5 and ragemp, I have deleted all drivers and reinstalled them manually. I run the applications as administrator. cef rendering is off all overlays off firewall and antivirus programs disabled and so on. I've tried everything I can find on the internet about this topic, but none of it solves my problem All the other games I play work perfectly and I've never had any problems

Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7900x, GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 7900 XT, CPU: MSI Pro B650-S, Windos 11 64bit

All drivers and windos are up to date.and yes, I also tried with older drivers.
