FPS drop

Hello guys, I have a Ryzen 9 5900x with 32gb ram, and a 4080 super. The problem is as follows: when I connect to the server I have somewhere around 150-160 fps..during the game, after 5-10 minutes they start to drop, the game has frames reaching up to 70-80 fps. I don't know what to do, I reinstalled windows too..at the first login 200 fps..after which the same situation again..I specify that I don't have any mods installed, I only had the ones from network graphics, only the roads, but I deleted them thinking it was from the mod.
