Where can I check logs of my ragemp client

I couldn't find anything that helps me debug this thing. what is happening is I have Onyx gamemode based server. and FInishing Handshake takes tooo long sometimes even 2-3 minutes. i am sure it is not problem of PC because everybody who's trying to connect to the server has same issues... there is no logs that helps me find the issue on server-side so my idea was that maybe client-side logs some errors but i am not able to find anything where that logs will be saved.

no problem with DLC i already tried to connect the server with 0 DLC files on it it is problem in script but i'm unsure what exactly is it
