Instability in OBS Studio + Does not capture game mode

When I stream, after a while, OBS becomes completely unstable. It drops to 0 KBPS and freezes the preview. This happens after repeated occurrences due to the encoder overload.

1. It doesn't display error messages; the program remains active, but the preview freezes.
2. Constant overload and encoder warnings.
3. Does not capture game mode in OBS Studio

Driver version: 576.40 [Latest]

Note: When OBS freezes and my kbps drops drastically, when I activate instant replay, it restarts and unlocks the preview freeze. All errors originate from the moment RAGEMP was opened. All this happens with the latest nvidia drivers and latest version of OBS.

I'm uploading a video of the error I'm experiencing. It wasn't even 30 minutes later that the error completely occurred.
