RAGE MP Won’t Start – Says I Need v1.7.0 (Enhanced Edition – Epic)

Hi, I've been having this problem for 4 days now. Every time I try to launch RAGE Multiplayer, I get a message saying I need to update to version 1.7.0, but I have no idea how to do that.

I'm using the Enhanced version of GTA V from the Epic Games Store. I’ve already tried everything I found online — including using the updater — but nothing works. The game just won’t start because of the version issue.

If anyone knows how to fix this or has gone through the same thing, I’d really appreciate the help.

Enhanced version is not supported in release branch. The enhancd beta is at stage of public testing.

But the only version avariable in Epic is the Enhanced, what could i do?

Both versions are available, enhanced didn't replace legacy.

I have the same problem, but the strange thing is that for some unknown reason RageMP started to launch either the Legacy version or Enhanced on full random. But you launch it crookedly, it creates an incomprehensible profile in the GTA5 enhanced folder and a graphics settings file. After that, my custom map and checkpoints stopped working correctly. At the same time, I absolutely did not update to the branch with the Enhanced version of GTA5
