Game crashing on startup (says running gta v in expertimental compatibility mode)

Everything was working just fine, I restarted the game because I bought it in the ucp shop and now I get this error immediately when I join the server on RAGEMP:

When I click okay, the game continues to startup, and then shuts down and gives me the following message:

Anyone knows a fix?
