I think i break gta 5 by rage mp

Hello, i encountered with the problem, maybe you can help. Tomorrow i played on the server and had some lags, so i go to settings, then i accidentally change game language to korean, and the game just run me out from the server. Now when i open standard gta 5 its all on korean and i cant change the language. when i tried to open a server its just stuck on loading. Pls help me with that problem, cause i tried everything but it didn`t help
