ERR_GAMECONFIG_1 help please

So when i open ragemp and enter any server it shows me that i have to download 12290mb but nothing download, after 1 or 2 minutes of waiting in that screen it shows me the error(i put a link with both screenshots) i have 6 hours since i try to fix this stupid error and i didn't find anywhere a fix for this, i tried every method not a single one worked. I tried to use a downgrade version of gta 5 (dosen't work), i tried to reinstal gta 5 + ragemp + rockstar launcher with revo uninstaller full and clean instalation not a single folder of gta/rage/rockstar in my computer and (dosen't work), i launch the game and rage mp as administrator (dosen't work), maybe someone who had the same issue and fix it help me, my hair almost turns white.

The server you're trying to join might have some mod that doesn't correctly work.

It worked perfect before, there are a lot of players who play on that server.
